Terms of Service

The terms of a refund will first and foremost follow the guidelines set forth in the signed purchase agreement. In nature, this is a non-refundable up-front payment for the services being provided by Tomorrow Holdings LLC dba DVC Title & Escrow. A refund will only be issued if deemed appropriate by DVC Title & Escrow. Within 14 business days of a refund being deemed appropriate, a full credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment. In extenuating circumstances, a partial refund may be issued. Reasons why a refund may be given include, but are not limited to: • Disney Vacation Development, Inc. exercising their right of first refusal • Seller default
